Terms of Service for Wexford Health Solutions, LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the telehealth services provided by Wexford Health Solutions, LLC (“Wexford Health Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Wexford Health Solutions offers telehealth services, including virtual consultations, medical advice, and related healthcare services. Our services are designed to provide medical information and support remotely through digital platforms.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.


3.2 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and while using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.


3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.


3.4 Compliance with Laws: You agree to use our services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.


4. Use of Services

4.1 No Emergency Services: Our telehealth services are not intended for emergency medical situations. In case of a medical emergency, please contact emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room.


4.2 No Professional Relationship: Use of our services does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Any advice or information provided through our services is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.


4.3 Privacy and Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP): Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP). The NPP provides detailed information about how we handle your protected health information (PHI), including how we use, disclose, and protect your PHI, and your rights regarding your PHI. 5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Fees: Fees for our services will be outlined at the time of booking or service request. You agree to pay all applicable fees as specified.


5.2 Payment: Payments must be made through the methods accepted by Wexford Health Solutions. We reserve the right to change our payment methods and policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to our services are owned by or licensed to Wexford Health Solutions. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimers: Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services.


7.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wexford Health Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable laws.

9. Changes to Terms
