ABOUT DR. NILAY THAKER
Dr. Nilay Thaker has been a trusted Family Physician for over 15 years, with a focus on primary care and mental health. He presently works in WV and PA.
Dr. Thaker holds a medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University. He completed his Family Medicine Residency in 2009, at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. Dr. Thaker has been Board Certified by the American Academy of Family Practice since July 2009.
With a focus on family medicine and mental health, Dr. Thaker specializes in treating anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, as well as hypertension, diabetes, migraines and various other medical conditions.
Dr. Thaker provides telehealth appointments through his LLC, Wexford Health Solutions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for his patients. He maintains a small panel size, which allows him to offer prompt appointments. Dr. Thaker prides himself on his dedication, having a listening ear, and giving his patients individualized attention.

With 13 years of healthcare experience as a registered nurse, Ms. Sarah Cooper brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role of Director of Nursing Services at Wexford Health Solutions. Sarah's areas of interest include reproductive health, critical care, and emergency medicine. She is extremely passionate about mental health, as well as substance abuse & recovery.
Ms. Cooper is currently a registered nurse, working in emergency rooms primarily in Pennsylvania and Maryland. She is pursuing further education to become a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the near future. Sarah is dedicated to providing exceptional personalized care, ensuring patients feel confident and well-supported in their healthcare journey.
Philip Armstrong - Director of Healthcare Operations and Digital Solutions
Philip Armstrong is the practice manager at Wexford Health Solutions, where he handles day-to-day operations and helps ensure that healthcare services run smoothly. His leadership focuses on aligning operations with organizational goals, aiming for high standards in patient care.
With a background in Information Technology, Philip has developed a passion for creating user-friendly web designs. He also applies his IT and web development skills to bring digital innovations into healthcare solutions.
